Some people are alcoholics & don't know it.  Some may have an allergy to alcohol & may not know that either.  Others simply need to reduce the amount of alcohol they are consuming for many different reasons.  This program is designed with this in mind & to help the listener review his or her own reality in a relaxed, non-judgmental & compassionate environment.  The program allows the individual to disassociate from the issue & then to assess it with the help of the subconscious mind librarian, who will bring forth suggestions to attain the highest level of health & performance, to which we are all entitled to enjoy.

The program includes Lifestyle Change behaviors including enhancing High Level Nutrition, thought & emotion management, as well as imagery for programming social & behavioral change.  Stress reduction is introduced in hypnotic imagery to enhance the self-esteem, self-image of the individual while providing empowerment to the inner self.
